Some RELATIONS HAS NO EXPLANATION... ♥

You too..Just think about your life and the people who have come and gone..The things will always change..In every three years..in my life , i used to get new friends..and also the old friend stay; but the communication is fading little.Just do not ignore old friend..Make an attempt to communicate with them.

A THOUGHT

I just got this image in my inbox and gave a serious thought for a while.I have seen many people will have great mind and when we see them physically they may not appears to us attaractive. The body and the mind has to go together in hand to hand.
.
I remember a great thing about the body and mind which i read some where long back....like to put it here for my readers.

.
" The mind is the interior body; and the body is the exterior mind"
.
I love this above facts. The mind and body need to have a great Synchronization with one another than only one can become truly whole or wholistic.

OSHO'S THOUGHTS

Breaking the Mirror is Not Going to Help

Humanity is not yet mature.
We have the faces of human beings, but our minds are lagging far behind..!
The face that you are carrying is not your original face. It is not ‘YOU’
The very urge to come to a master shows a tremendous desire in you
to know your original face, to know yourself.
The master is only a ….mirror….!!
You cannot deceive the mirror , it simply reflects your reality.

There is an ancient parable of a very ugly woman
who was very antagonistic towards mirrors because she thought,
‘just as you all think’…, that it was the mirror that created the ugliness in her
– because when the mirror was not there, she was no longer ugly…?!
She was so madly against mirrors that whenever she would see a mirror,
she would immediately break it..!

The parable is significant.
That’s what we are all doing in our lives in many ways.
Whatsoever reflects our reality we want to escape from
because it is not gratifying…!

Here in my presence, or even when you think of me,
if you feel yourself as immature, a retarded child,
don’t try to explain it away in any way.
This is truth…And this is not only your truth;
this is the truth of the whole of humanity.
You are just fortunate that you have become aware of it…!

..’YOU HAVE COME ACROSS A MIRROR’

A MAGIC

"Tell me your friend are; I will tell you who you are."

We always gauged/judged by our companionship.
Let it be a friend, family, wife anything. Some time even the dress code can be one such things. They say what you are is what you wear.People simply judge you just by seeing you.

The Water that fall unto the ocean become the ocean. If it is fall on the lotus leaves it shines.if fall on the mouth of a shell it becomes a precious PEARL.See the point what a metamorphic changes the water is under going..A dew drop that teaches us a good lessons.

The wisest thing, i learned is ,just accompany with good friends because choosing a friends is in our hands but one can not choose his/her own family/Relatives. of-course is not your choice. But surely your friend can be.

I always love to surrounds by my enchanting friends who pour more joy unto life.

ONE OF OSHO'S THOUGHTS

I believe in this meaningless, beautiful chaos of existence, and I am ready to go with it wherever it leads.

I don't have a goal, because existence has no goal. It simply is, flowering, blossoming, dancing -- but don't ask why.

Just an overflow of energy, for no reason at all.
I am with existence.

And that's what I call being a sannyasin:To be with existence.
The only thing you will have to renounce will be your logical mind.
So start living in an existential but illogical way.
The world may call you absurd, mad...
So what?

BUILD YOUR HOUSE RIGHT

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-Contractor of his plans to leave the house-building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife, enjoying his extended family. He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When the carpenter finished his work the employer came to inspect the house. He handed the front-door key to the carpenter. "This is your house, he said, "my gift to you. "The carpenter was shocked! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then with a shock we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we'd do it much differently. But we cannot go back. You are the carpenter. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. "Life is a do-it-yourself project," someone has said. Your attitudes and the choices you make today, build the "HOUSE" you live in tomorrow. Build wisely!

Let go of Anger and Bitterness...

In The Series of LET GO today let us see the Bitterness..Life here is a burden when we carry the bitterness within. We must live a life without the bitterness.

How one can Wipe out the bitterness completely?
Here i have found few steps to do so.Just give it a try unto yourself.

1. Feel it fully. If you stifle your feelings, they may leak out and affect everyone around you—not just the person who inspired your anger. Before you can let go of any emotion you have to feel it fully.

2. Give yourself a rant window. Let yourself vent for a day before confronting the person who troubled you. This may diffuse the hostility and give you time to plan a rational confrontation.

3. Remind yourself that anger hurts you more than the person who upset you, and visualize it melting away as an act of kindness to yourself.

4. If possible, express your anger to the person who offended you. Communicating how you feel may help you move on. Keep in mind that you can’t control how to offender responds; you can only control how clearly and kindly you express yourself.

5. Take responsibility. Many times when you’re angry, you focus on what someone else did that was wrong—which essentially gives away your power. When you focus on what you could have done better, you often feel empowered and less bitter.

6. Put yourself in the offender’s shoes. We all make mistakes; and odds are you could have easily slipped up just like your husband, father, or friend did. Compassion dissolves anger.

7. Metaphorically throw it away; i.e., jog with a backpack full of tennis balls. After you’ve built up a bit of rush, toss the balls one by one, labeling each as a part of your anger. (You’ll need to retrieve these—litter angers the earth!)

8. Use a stress ball, and express your anger physically and vocally when you use it. Make a scrunched up face or grunt. You may feel silly, but this allows you to actually express what you’re feeling inside.

9. Wear a rubber band on your wrist, and gently flick it when you start obsessing on angry thoughts. This trains your mind to associate that type of persistent negativity with something unpleasant.

10. Remind yourself these are your only three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it. These acts create happiness; holding onto bitterness never does.
